Do you have a minimum order amount?
No.

Can I pickup my order?
Yes. All 3 locations allow customer pickup. Please provide as much advance notice as possible.

Is there a delivery charge?
We charge $7.95 per delivery. You can always pick up your product at each of our locations, free of charge.

Can I get a volume discount if I buy a pallet of product?
Volume discounts vary per product. Check with your solutions provider for specific pricing information.

What equipment do you service?
All makes and models of packaging and janitorial equipment. If you have a need call Brad Anderson at 317-824-1732 or email him at banderson@flexp.com to determine if we can be of assistance with your equipment service needs.

Why FlexPAC over my current vendor?
We look at things differently than other companies.  It really depends what you are looking to accomplish.  We want to help in areas where you feel your costs are too high or operations aren't as efficient as you need.  Then, we devise some plans together to either lower your bottom line costs or increase your top line revenues.

How big is FlexPAC?
We have 3 different facilities with our headquarters located in Indianapolis. We also have locations in Elkhart, IN (northern IN) and Rock Island, IL (Quad Cities).

How often do you make deliveries in my area?

Are you a "one stop shop" for everything we use (packaging, janitorial, safety, etc)?
We certainly try to be, but it is challenging with the wide variety of products in the market.  What we can do is learn everything about your operation and customize our business to fit what you need to accomplish.  Whether it's bringing in customized inventory, increasing your inventory turns, increasing your cash flow, or whatever is important to you, FlexPAC can adapt our business to optimize efficiency in your business.
