This feature is especially handy for second and third shift employees. Prior to introducing a service request form these customers had to have access to a computer and know the email address of Service Manager Brad Anderson. If a customer didn't have computer access on an off shift or while they were on the floor they had to make a note and contact the service department during business hours.
