Who We Are

FlexPAC was founded in 1985 by Mark Dinwiddie with a vision of providing customers with superior service, innovative solutions and top-notch improvement concepts. Today, we are still a family-owned and operated company and FlexPAC maintains the same founding principles. At our core we are distributors of industrial packaging supplies, janitorial products, equipment and safety products, but who we are is really dependent upon you. We address your needs by delivering customized solutions to your stated goals during our process, this is why the C in PAC stands for consulting.

In addition to product (the P in PAC) distribution, we also offer an in-house service department with technicians that are experienced in all packaging and janitorial equipment makes and models. FlexPAC technicians are here to ensure all of our customer’s needs are met in a timely manner, because we understand that downtime due to equipment failure, means loss of productivity to your company. 

There are three FlexPAC locations. Our Indiana locations consist of our corporate headquarters in Indianapolis and our office in Elkhart. Our Quad Cities office is on the Illinois/Iowa border.
