STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Our structural design capabilities allow us to explore and create the right package design solution quickly and effectively. We can help reduce costs and increase performance by using innovative, alternative materials and great design. Using ArtiosCAD and TOPS software, we are able to create unique structures that protect your product, provide you with a pallet configuration that optimizes the cube, and ensure the proper materials are used throughout the process.

GRAPHICS
We can design graphics for all packaging materials and print methods. Whether you are using an outside agency, your own internal marketing or design department or have no creative help, we can help make your vision a reality. Our goal is to work collaboratively with you to create a design that helps you sell more product. Equally important, we can translate your message across all the various packaging materials and print methods.

CONCEPTS, PROTOTYPES & MOCKUPS
Our structure and graphics capabilities work seamlessly together allowing for FlexPAC to be able to provide 3D Concepts, prototypes, and full mockups. 3D concepts allow you to view projects at your convenience as a .pdf or .jpg file allowing for incredible speed in the design process. Our Kongsberg CAD table allows us to cut materials in seconds making samples and prototypes a breeze. This translates to an increased speed to market for you and quick turnarounds on sizing and sample requests. We also have the ability to print on paper-based substrates up to 44” which allows us to create professional mockups for your presentations and tradeshows.

Needing more than just a mockup? We have select digital production suppliers that allow for small quantity runs, fast turn-around time, and professional production quality results.
